The daily maintenance of the air compressor service life and maintenance cost has great influence, some basic daily maintenance knowledge summarized as follows:

1, daily or every time before the operation:

(1) oil and gas barrel drain

(2) check the oil level

2, 500 hours of operation:

(1) the air filter removes for cleaning, with 0.2MPa under low pressure compressed air from the inside to the outside blowing.

(2) the new machine to use after the first oil filter.

(3) replace the cooling fluid.

乐发Ⅱ2(5) clean drain valve filter.

3, 1000 hours of operation:

(1) check the intake valve action and activity sites, and add oil. (2) the clean air filter.

乐发Ⅱ2(3) examine the pipe joint fastening bolts and screw fastening wire terminal.

4, running 2000 hours or 6 months

(1) examine every part of pipeline

(2) to replace the air filter element

(3) the replacement of oil filter

(4) the replacement of the filter element of air filter cup

乐发Ⅱ2(5) the replacement of automatic drain valve filter

(6) the supplementary motor grease

5, 3000 hours of operation or a year:

乐发Ⅱ2(1) check the intake valve action and the valve plate is closed tight.

(2) check valve all.

(3) check the differential pressure switch is normal action protection.

乐发Ⅱ2(4) replace the oil separator.

(5) check the pressure maintaining valve.

(6) cooler, replace o-rings.

(7) to replace the air filter, oil filter.

乐发Ⅱ2(8) check the starter action.

6, every 6000 hours:

(1) cleaning road system coolant

乐发Ⅱ2(2) replace the screw air compressor high coolant (exhaust gas temperature in the replacement cycle of 85 degrees below).

7, every 20000 hours or 4 years:

(1) the replacement of bearings, the oil seal body, adjust the gap.

乐发Ⅱ2(2) measure the insulation of the motor should be more than 1M Omega.
